  • Every piece is made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing and production before shipment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
  • United States Orders: Once fulfilled, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
  • International Orders: Orders generally arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Proven Worth is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

4. International Shipping

  • Proven Worth ships worldwide from our headquarters in Arizona, USA.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local government.
  • Proven Worth is not responsible for packages delayed or held by customs.
  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Proven Worth is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for reshipping fees.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist.
  • Proven Worth is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit but will work with you to help file a claim with the shipping carrier.
