Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at provenworthclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
International Orders
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or import fees associated with the return.
- Proven Worth is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
